Shipping & Returns

As soon as you place your order, the item(s) will be mailed to you the following working day. Once you complete the payment there is no option to return your money back.

There are three (3) options to receive your order. a) By air-mail delivery (instant quote), b) By registered air-mail delivery (instant quote) and c) By UPS Courier service (quotes after ordering via email)

Option a) while being the most affordable method, it is not recommended. The packaging is not so thick and hard, there is no tracking number and the package may be damaged during delivery. We take no responsibility for damaged packages if you select this method.

Options b) and c) are a bit more expensive but ensures that the customer will receive a receipt that the goods were sent and there is a way to track down all shipped packages.

For reasons of rationalizasion all orders that exceed two (2) kilos will be mailed to you as registered packages, because of unfortunate experiences we had in the past due to lost shipment.

All our items are carefully packaged, but in case you receive the goods damaged we can replace them just once but you have to notify us by email or phone within 2 (two) days from the day you receive the package and return the defect items to us.

You can place the order using our online cart system (requires user registration) or simply by email.

For the territory of Greece only there is the option of sending any goods by cash on delivery. If you live in Greece and you decide to order by this way, then you are responsible to take care of payment upon receipt of goods within ten (10) days. You can also place your order by phone or by email. If you want to pay with another way or use another shipping method, just contact us and we will arrange the shipping / payment to fit your needs.
